Thirty-five-year-old Samir Heralic, who was born in Banja Luka and now lives and works in Vienna, got another acknowledgment for his successful business in Austria.

Heralic left Banja Luka at the age of only five due to unpleasant war events and went to Vienna with his mother, where he received the award for Entrepreneur of the Year in the 15th Bezirk (district).

”I received the award at a selection organized by the City of Vienna and the Chamber of Commerce. I work with my employees every day to improve their business, and the rewards motivate us. The city of Vienna consists of 23 districts, each of which is like a small town within a city. Our shop in the 15th district covers 350 square meters and we receive daily praise for its appearance, but also for our products, ” told Samir Heralic.

His company, VivaColor, is currently one of the largest fast-growing companies in the field of paint and varnish sales in Austria.

”The fact that we can also boast of a partnership with the German giant Caparol says it all. We are slowly expanding our business, so our products are represented throughout Austria. We have a hardworking team of employees, and in order to maintain the quality of our products, we are expanding slowly and systematically. I have also established contacts with potential business partners in Bosnia and Herzegovina (BiH) and I hope that next year the colors of the VivaColor brand will be available in my homeland. In 2021, we have expanded the range and under our brand, we have 30 products of varnishes, as well as interior and facade paints, ” Heralic noted, who is also the owner of a large shop for the sale of safety equipment at work, which is located in the 5th district in Vienna.

His professional development has gone from a representative of an Austrian company that produces paints and varnishes to the director and owner of VivaColor, and he also represents the German company 4CR, one of the leading suppliers in the car repair sector.

”This didn’t happen overnight. My great work and the work of all workers, and the support of the family led to success,” concluded Heralic.
