Dubioza Kolektiv will hold a New Year’s Eve concert in Split, and now it is known how much their performance will cost.

The concert is organized by the city company Znjan, and it will cost around 104,000 euros, reports Slobodna Dalmacija. The contract award notice stated:

“The subject of the purchase is a New Year’s concert by Dubioza Kolektiv, which will be held on December 31st, 2024 as part of the city’s New Year’s celebration on the Riva, lasting 90 minutes, with the beginning and end of the concert/performance itself in mutual agreement with the city, in accordance with the program of New Year’s Eve celebration.”

To recall, this Bosnian and Herzegovinian (BiH) band performed in Sarajevo at the celebration of New Year’s Eve in 2023. As confirmed by the Operations Center of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Canton Sarajevo (CS), the concert was attended by more than 25,000 people. The budget was 350,000 BAM.

Many citizens then complained about the bad sound system. The Mayor of Sarajevo, Benjamina Karic, then stated that because of this, the City of Sarajevo charged a 35,000 BAM bank guarantee.
