The Minister of Foreign Affairs of Bosnia and Herzegovina, Elmedin Konaković, announced on his official profile on the social network X that the Council of Ministers unanimously decided to purchase helicopters for the Armed Forces of Bosnia and Herzegovina.
Konaković added that “in politics as well as in sports, you must have the courage to make decisions, to take the shot for victory when the going gets tough.”
Although they were purchased for the Armed Forces of Bosnia and Herzegovina, these helicopters will not be armed, which was a condition of the coalition partners from the Republika Srpska entity, SNSD leader Milorad Dodik confirmed a few days ago.
As stated earlier, they will be used in humanitarian missions, rescue operations, etc.
