In Lipnički Brdo, which is located between Vareš and Kakanj, four people died as a result of falling into a ravine. This information was confirmed for the N1 portal by Samir Valentić, spokesperson of the MUP of the Zenica-Doboj Canton.

As they were told, it was a Toyota Land Cruiser SUV.

“Today, at 11:45 a.m., the Kakanj Police Department received a notification from a citizen that between Kakanj and Vareš, a vehicle landed on a forest road in a steep and inaccessible part of the forest. It is located at a depth of 300 meters in inaccessible terrain. “Four male bodies were found, which fell out of the vehicle,” he said.

He then added:

“A vehicle patrol was immediately dispatched to the field and confirmed this information. Also, members of the special police unit of the ZDK MUP Police Directorate, as well as the alpinist team and the emergency services, were dispatched. “More information about the identity of the victims and the circumstances under which the event took place will be known later after the investigation,” he said.
