According to friends of the couple, the marriage has been over for some time, and since they have made progress on the terms, they are certain there is no turning back, and the time to announce it will be at the end of the summer.
A close friend of the couple said that in 2022, both were caught up in nostalgia and lingering doubts that remained after they broke off their first engagement in 2004.
“They got caught up in the moment. Jennifer wanted this wedding – the dresses, the bridesmaids, all the decorations – for decades,” the source said.
