The Embassy of Norway donates IT Equipment to CPD

The Embassy of Norway, through bilateral cooperation with the NATO Headquarters in Bosnia and Herzegovina, donated IT and other equipment for multifunctional classrooms to the Center for Professional Development (CPD) of the Command for Training and Doctrine (KOiD).

This valuable donation, presented today, will contribute to more efficient training and testing of members of the BiH Armed Forces who will be trained at CPR in the barracks in Travnik.

A total of 32 computers with associated IT equipment will enable, in the future, in addition to training and raising the level of knowledge of the foreign languages of the AF BiH members in the CPR, testing in foreign language level of knowledge.

This donation will also enable individual work, with the aim of training our members and creating more efficient AF BiH.

Commander Colonel Slaven Blavicki thanked for the donation and informed Deputy Commander of the NATO Headquarters in Sarajevo, Brigadier Morten Henriksen about the functioning of training in the KOiD Centers, and the development plan and needs for the coming period.

This year alone, the Kingdom of Norway donated smartboards, laptops, projectors, printers and air conditioners to the CPR for two classrooms in which classes for elementary and basic officer training are conducted, stated the Public Relations Office of the MoD BiH.
