The Government of the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina has replaced the entire management of the Railways of the Federation of BiH. The FBiH is headed by General Director Enis Džafić, and the new president is headed by Double Director Mirza Hadžibegić. To do this, this function was performed earlier if no comparative procedure was performed.
The Government of the Federation considered the Ministry of Information Andrijan Katic on the repair of damage on the damaged part of the railway line and adopted the Conclusion.
”This Conclusion obliges the Federal Ministry of Finance and the Federal Ministry of Transport and Communication to provide financial resources, as needed, to repair the damage in accordance with the cost estimates submitted in the document Activity Plan for the Elimination of Damage and Traffic Regulation in the amount of 3,700,000 BAM. It is also obligated JP Željeznice FBiH d.o.o. Sarajevo to provide, within 15 days, the procedure for the procurement of services and works necessary for the repair of damage, in accordance with the procedures stipulated by the Law on Public Procurement of BiH, taking into account the urgency criterion, emphasizes Minister Katić. This Conclusion also obliges The Federal Ministry of Transport and Communications to inform the Government of the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina on the status of demonstrated active activity on the ground.”
At yesterday’s session, the Government scheduled an emergency session for today on the topic of dismissing the members of the management of the JP Railways of the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina and deciding on the manner and dynamics of the rehabilitation of the railway line.
