The FBiH Government allocates 1.9 Million BAM for linking the Length of Service of Miners

The Government of the Federation of BiH, at the proposal of the Federal Ministry of Energy, Mining and Industry, has adopted a Decision on the payment of outstanding unpaid obligations for pension and disability insurance for the linking of service years to employees of subsidiaries – coal mines in the EP BiH Concern.

The Decision approves the Coal Mine “Kreka” d.o.o. Tuzla to link service years for unpaid contributions for PIO/MIO for 43 employees who have attained retirement conditions in the total amount of 1,976,341.15 BAM.

These funds will be paid from the funds of the Coal Mine “Kreka” d.o.o. Tuzla, the Government of the Federation of BiH has announced.

The Public Enterprise Elektroprivreda BiH d.d. Sarajevo, the Coal Mine “Kreka” d.o.o. Tuzla, the Federal Pension and Disability Insurance Institute and the Tax Administration of the Federation of BiH are responsible for the implementation of this Decision.

The second decision approves the Breza Brown Coal Mine d.o.o. Breza to link the length of service for unpaid contributions to PIO/MIO for two workers who have attained retirement age in the total amount of 127,189.48 BAM and for nine workers who exercise their rights under court rulings and have not attained retirement age in the total amount of 196,657.69 BAM.

These funds will be paid from the funds of Breza Brown Coal Mine d.o.o. – Breza, the press release states.

The Public Company Elektroprivreda BiH d.d. Sarajevo, Breza Brown Coal Mine d.o.o. Breza, the Federal Pension and Disability Insurance Institute, and the Tax Administration of the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina are responsible for the implementation of this decision.
