The Genocide Research Institute of Canada files Criminal Charge against Dodik

The Genocide Research Institute of Canada (IGK) has filed criminal charges against Bosnia and Herzegovina Presidency member Milorad Dodik for denying the Srebrenica genocide.

“By his actions with the aim of provoking interethnic intolerance, discord and hatred, Dodik knowingly and intentionally publicly denied the genocide in Srebrenica, which was determined by final judgments of international and national courts. The suspect thus inflicted pain on the survivors of the genocide, degraded the judicial, scientific and historical truth about the genocide, belittled justice and humiliated international law and international institutions, “the IGK said.

As evidence of the allegations, the IGK submitted to the Prosecutor’s Office of Bosnia and Herzegovina material evidence of at least three public denials of the Srebrenica genocide, the statement said.
