The Israeli Army carried out Attacks on 300 Targets in the Gaza Strip in 24 Hours

The Israeli military announced on Thursday that it had carried out airstrikes on 300 targets in the Gaza Strip in the past 24 hours, just before a humanitarian pause was due to take effect.

The military said the targets were “linked to Hamas”, referring to the Palestinian resistance group based in the Gaza Strip, and that they were attacked “from the air”.

“Targets included operational command headquarters, underground combat tunnels, military warehouses and locations for the production of weapons and the launch of anti-tank missiles,” the statement said.

Hamas has not responded to the Israeli military’s announcement, but they usually claim that Israeli attacks target civilians.

Israeli Chief of Staff Herzi Halevi told military leaders in Gaza on Thursday:

“We are not stopping the war. Instead, we will continue to win and advance.”

Israel launched brutal air and ground attacks on the Gaza Strip following a cross-border attack by the Palestinian group Hamas on October 7.

Authorities in Gaza said on Tuesday that the number of people killed in Israeli attacks on the besieged enclave since then has reached 14,532, including more than 6,000 children and 4,000 women.

The number of those killed in Israel is about 1,200, the authorities there announced.
