Company “Duljevic” took part in the construction of the first modern settlement in BiH, which is constructed on the Olympic Mountain Bjelasnica.

Olympic Mountain Bjelasnica will get a new apartment complex called “Srebrna Lisica (Silver Fox)” soon.

Construction of a number of different facilities will start on the property across the Hotel Marshall, which will include underground parking and business premises.

With the construction of these business and residential buildings, the tourist offer and activities of this mountain will be considerably enriched, and one of the most famous ski resorts in the region will become even more attractive.

One of the investors is the company “Duljevic”. “Our object has the best position on Bjelasnica, it is located in the center and has a unique view on the ski resort, and we will have fourteen modern apartments and several business units. Construction will start these days, and completion of all works is expected in September this year. When it comes to the course of construction, the price and the beginning of sales, we will be regularly reporting on our official web page,” confirmed the director of this company, Hako Duljevic.

This apartment complex will be surrounded by pedestrian square. Garage with 90 places will be located in front of the square. Besides the pavilion, the resort will have business facilities, restaurants, shops and many other contents…
