For the 24th International Economy Fair Mostar 2023, which is being held from May 2nd to 6th in the industrial zone of the largest city in Herzegovina in partnership with Israel, all fair capacities have already been filled with applications from exhibitors from around 30 countries around the world.
This information was proudly shared by the director of the Mostar Fair, Dalfina Bosnjak, not hiding her satisfaction with the organization of this traditional economic manifestation, which has become a recognizable brand not only of Mostar and Herzegovina, but also of our country, and a respectable event in the calendar of economic fairs.
Great interest from exhibitors
According to her, the Israelis have been preparing for their performance at the Mostar Fair for ten months, and she is convinced that they will use the five days of the fair to present themselves in the best light and create something that has never been seen before in this area.
“Their focus is on the security sector, new technologies, healthcare, and the IT industry in general,” reveals Bosnjak, who this year marks 20 years at the head of the largest and most important fair exhibition in Bosnia and Herzegovina (BiH).
A positive story
Bosnjak considers the Mostar Fair to be a positive story, which can contribute to the building of trust and the relaxation of relations between people and citizens in a country with a complex system like BiH.
“We try to have exhibitors from all over BiH represented at the fair, everyone is always welcome. The fair offers an ideal atmosphere for socializing and concluding business contracts. At the same time, it shows how all our differences work, when we work together towards the same goal,” stated the director of the Mostar Fair.
In addition to the exhibition part, she emphasizes that the Fair has prepared a diverse and educational conference program, which gives it an additional dimension.
Among other contents, she singled out meetings of businessmen that take place on the first day of the fair, after the opening ceremony, and a forum organized by the Chamber of Commerce of the Federation of BiH (FBiH), the University of Mostar and other partners, which consists of four panels, a conference on renewable energy sources, and the green tradition of cities and industry, Klix.ba reports.
