The company Enikon Aerospace, which manufactures passenger and business aircraft interior components in the Vukovar Economic Zone, announced this month the expansion of production and the employment of 100 new workers.
It is interesting that, as it was found out, a person whose family is from Bosnia and Herzegovina (BiH) is behind this project. Namely, the head of the company is Marko Andrijanic, whose father is Ratimir, the founder of the company, a native of Grude.
After Germany, where they made a name for themselves in a factory that produces interior components for passenger and business aircraft, and to which they attracted many Herzegovinians, they also started a factory in Vukovar, and now they are expanding it.
90 percent of Airbus planes have parts that have gone through our company’s production process. In the coming period, we will create at least 100 additional jobs in Vukovar, which would mean that by the middle of 2025, around 150 employees will be working in the plant in Vukovar,” said the director and owner of Enikon Aerospace Marko Andrijanic.
Today, Enikon Aerospace employs around 500 employees at production locations in Croatia, Hungary, and Germany, Biznis Info reports.
