header_resizeThe show «Nunta muta»/ «Nema poroka» of the B&H director Dino Mustafić will be performed tomorrow, 6 December 2013 at the Slovenian National Theater in Maribor. One of the most watched Romanian films in the last few years has served as the basis for the stage adaption of the Slovenian National Theater, where Mustafic returns after three years. This bitter comedy is based on the true story from 1953, when the news that Stalin died occurs while a whole village is preparing for a big wedding. The playwright Željka Udovičić prepared it for a theater performance and Dragutin Broz signs the scene design.

The play is set in a little Romanian village in 1953, where a young couple, Mara (M. A.Victor) and Ianc (A. Potocean) are crazy in love with each other and they spend every free moment of their time together. They want to get married in this village and they invite all their friends and acquaintances. However, before the big day, a tragedy happens, specifically, the death of Stalin. Thus, the whole country must mourn and the celebration of the wedding is inappropriate. The young couple decides to not give up on the wedding.
