Minister of Justice and the State Administration of Serbia Nikola Selaković expects that the protocol on cooperation of prosecution of perpetrators of war crimes between the Prosecutor’s Office of BiH and Serbia will be signed soon.

Singing of this document has been postponed several times, and Selaković said today in Banja Luka that, as far as he knows, all the preparations for signing are complete and the signing should happen as soon as possible.

Serbia has the same protocol with Croatia, and they expect that the signing of protocol with BiH will enable much better and more efficient exchange of evidence and to indicate each other on cases that need to be prosecuted.

Today in Banjaluka, Selaković talked about the experiences of Serbia in the field of justice and administration with the president of National Assembly of RS Igor Radojičić.

Selaković is in Banjaluka as part of  the delegation of the Government of Serbia whose number of ministers together with Prime Minister Ivica Dačić and president of Serbia Tomislav Nikolić are participating the Fifth session of the Council for Cooperation of RS and Serbia.

They will also sign a Memorandum of Cooperation between the Ministry of Justice, Ministry of Administration and Local Self-Governance of and the Ministry of Justice and State Administration of Serbia.
