The Suspect in the Sky Case extradited from Germany to BiH

Police officers of the Judicial Police of Bosnia and Herzegovina, in coordination with the prosecuting prosecutor, at the Sarajevo airport, took the suspect Todorović Milivoj (1975), born in Bijeljina, who was extradited by the judicial and police institutions of the Federal Republic of Germany to the judiciary of Bosnia and Herzegovina.

The suspect is under investigation as part of the case with evidence from the Sky and Anom applications, and after an international search, on the basis of a warrant in November last year, he was detained in Frankfurt.

According to the collected evidence, this suspect is a user of the Sky application crypt and has resided in several European countries, as well as in South America. He is suspected of being a member of an organized criminal group, within which he was responsible for the preparation and procurement of the narcotic drug “cocaine”, which was transported from the territory of South America to the territory of European countries, and then smuggled to the countries of the Western Balkans.

After questioning the suspect, the acting prosecutor of the BiH Prosecutor’s Office will initiate activities to determine the detention measure for the suspect.

The Prosecutor’s Office of BiH thanks the police officers of the Border Police of BiH, the Judicial Police of BiH as well as the partner institutions of Germany for their cooperation, for their help and cooperation in the realized activities, the Prosecutor’s Office of BiH announced.
