Thousands of Youth from all over the World at a Prayer encounter in Medugorje

The traditional 28th international youth prayer encounter “Mladifest,” which will be held this year under the motto “So your love grows” will be held from August 1st to August 6th in Medugorje.

Several thousand young people from across the world – Croatia, Italy, Poland, the Czech Republic, Slovakia, Brazil, Ukraine, Switzerland, the USA – will participate in the encounter.

The official opening of the encounter will be held at 7 p.m. when the Eucharist will be served and prayed in front of the Blessed Sacrament. It will end on Sunday, August 6th at 5 p.m. with mass on Krizevac.

The encounter represents a spiritual vacation for young people, who will participate in prayers, testimonies, processions, songs, adorations, crowns, masses, and concentrs.

For the entire duration of “Mladifest,” there will be simultaneous translation to Croatian, English, Italian, German, French, Spanish, Portuguese, Polish, Slovakian, Slovenian, Hungarian, Romanian, Russian, Czech, Korean, Arabic, Mandarin Chinese and Cantonese Chinese.
