Firefighters in Trebinje are struggling with three wildfires in the Volujca, Pridvoraca and Jasen areas, was stated for Srna from the Territorial Fire Department.

“There is a fear that wildfires will come closer to houses because there is still a wind, which is why the fire is rapidly expanding,” said firefighter Zeljko Curic.

There are fifteen firefighters in the field with several vehicles.

Djuric pointed out that during the past two days they were struggling with wildfires in the village of Boboviste, but also with the fire in Zakovo.

The fire brigade helped residents in Trebinje who suffered damage due to stormy winds.
