Tomorrow Opening of the Exhibition “Cultural Memory – Vanishing Treasure” in Novi Travnik

kulturno naslijedjeCommission to Preserve National Monuments in B&H in cooperation with the local history collection “Heritage” from Novi Travnik organizes exhibition of national monuments billboard “Cultural Memory – Vanishing Treasure” from16th to 30th September.

The exhibition “Cultural Memory – Vanishing Treasure” is organized within the campaign with the same name of the year 2003, and so far the segments of the exhibition are placed in the United States, Spain, Italy, Turkey, Serbia and throughout Bosnia and Herzegovina in many cities, municipalities and regions.

The exhibition consists of photographs, texts, projects, drawings and other relevant information that describe each National Monument, which makes up only a part of monumental treasures of B&H. Selected monuments include the cemetery tombstones, ancient basilicas, monasteries, historical and archaeological sites, mosques, churches, Tekije, the cathedral and old towns.

Opening of the exhibition at the County Collection “Baština” is scheduled for tonight at 19 pm.
