Tourist Complex “Sarajevo Resort Osenik” to open in September (gallery)

[wzslider autoplay=”true”]Tourist Complex “Sarajevo Resort,” located in Osenik, Municipality of Hadžići, is currently in its final stage of the construction, and according to Kuwaiti investors, the official opening of this beautiful complex will take place in mid-September.  

“Sarajevo Resort” will include 160 buildings distributed around an artificial lake with area of 12,000 m2. Resort will contain all recreational and entertainment facilities including: 2 covered swimming pools, terrains for football, basketball, volleyball, billiard hall, table tennis and other games, as well as the supermarket.

“We are satisfied with the work dynamics of the project “Sarajevo Resort.” Realized investments until now are amounting to almost 50 million BAM, which represents one of the biggest foreign investments in B&H for this year. The things that we have in Osenik are confirmation that we have done a good job and that our vision and perception of foreign investment in high end tourism is good,” said the Mayor, Hamdo Ejubović.

Mountain beauties of B&H and its geographical position near the Adriatic Sea, are attracting foreign investors who are wishing to give their architectural stamp on this part of Europe, for more than 2 decades. “Sarajevo Resort,” located near the Olympic Mountains Bjelašnica and Igman, and the capital of B&H, Sarajevo, will be a true oasis for guests from the Middle East, where they will be able to find some peace and quiet during the summer time.

The resort represents a purpose-designed settlement, which will be able to offer accommodation for 1,125 people in 160 object, which, besides residential buildings, will also include supermarkets, sports facilities, swimming pools, playgrounds for children and other facilities that are necessary for a modern and luxurious life, as announced from the Press service of the Municipality of Hadžići.
