Edin Džeko Transfer Failed javno.ba

According to the portal Football Italia, the transfer of the  BH national team captain and FC Manchester City striker Edin Džeko (29) to FC Roma has failed.

The sports director of FC Roma Walter Sabatini, loaded with optimism, traveled to Manchester on Saturday in order to arrange the transfer of Edin Džeko, especially knowing that the BH national team player has nothing against a change of environment.

However, the offer of 15 to 18 million Euros did not meet the demands of the leaders of FC Manchester City at all, who are asking for 28 million Dollars for Džeko, while Sky Sport Italia claims that the amount of the transfer would reach as much as 35 million Euros with bonuses.

Given the fact that it is too expensive for FC Roma, the Giallorossi turned to the forward of FC Zenit Rondon, who is available for 20 million Euros. The Venezuela national team player is four years younger than Džeko, and he came to FC Zenit from FC Rubin Kazan in January last year.

He played very well in Europe scoring four goals in 12 matches of the Premier League, and he scored 15 goals in 26 matches of the European League.
