At the hearing before the Disciplinary Commission of the High Judicial and Prosecutorial Council (HJPC), three police officers said that the prosecutor Diana Kajmakovic was designated as the contact person for data from the Sky application, and that their cooperation with her was always correct and professional.

Witness Adis Becirovic said that he has been an employee of the Directorate for the Coordination of Police Bodies since 2021 and explained that since then he has had more intensive cooperation with State Prosecutor Kajmakovic.

As he said, he came to the Directorate when they started working on cases from the Sky application and that the procedures had already been established. According to him, he received instructions from his superiors that, when they receive the case from Europol, it is forwarded to the Bosnia and Herzegovina (BiH) Prosecutor’s Office and the police agencies are informed.

“I was told that it was agreed that the prosecutor Diana Kajmakovic is the contact person for Sky cases. If it is a larger case, it was received in large files. It is downloaded to a DVD and submitted to the BiH Prosecutor’s Office together with the supporting document,” said Becirovic.

He stated that, even while working at the State Investigation and Protection Agency (SIPA), he cooperated with Kajmakovicwhen it came to information from the Intelligence and Security Agency (OSA). Then, as he said, information was reviewed and an official note was made that they had been to the Prosecutor’s Office and what information they had obtained.

“Cooperation with Kajmakovic was always professional and good,” said the witness, adding that she never asked for information that she should not know and that was not in her case.

Vladimir Skaric, an employee of the Directorate, said that they had been communicating with Kajmakovic since 2022 when a greater flow of information with Europol began, and that then the Prosecutor’s Office of BiH was also involved.

Chief disciplinary prosecutor Alena Kurspahic objected to the relevance of witness statements.

The next hearing is scheduled for October 31st, Detektor reports.
