Renowned travel website “Trivago” ranked Mostar as the first on the list of European tourist destinations.

Cities were selected on the basis of assessment of the quality of service and prices for accommodation in a standard room in a hotel, and the ranking list was prepared by 82 million tourists, who regularly use services of this website.

According to “Trivago”, the average price for tourist accommodation in Mostar amounted to 43 EUR and you will get much better service for that money than anywhere else in Europe.

Also, the authors stated that Mostar is famous worldwide for its Old Bridge, which is attracting tourists from around the world for decades. Among other things, they stated that the Old Bridge is under the protection of UNESCO and that it was demolished during the war.

In the second place is Novi Sad, where tourists will pay 41 EUR for a standard room.

The third place went to Veliko Trnovo in Bulgaria, with an average price of 36 EUR.
