US President Donald Trump had a “positive” phone call with Russian President Vladimir Putin about Ukraine today, the White House said.
“President Trump concluded a positive phone call with President Putin regarding Ukraine,” spokeswoman Karolina Leavitt said on the US-based social network X.
No further details were released.
It was the second call between the leaders in two days, following their earlier conversation before Trump’s meeting with Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky in Florida on Sunday.
