Former United States (U.S.) President Donald Trump claimed that the Israel lobby was the most influential in Washington 15 years ago, but today it is far from its former power “because of some Democratic names”.

Former U.S. President Donald Trump said that Israel “must win the war in Gaza and finish the job quickly”.

In an interview with Fox News, Trump spoke about the Israeli attacks on the Gaza Strip and U.S.-Israeli relations.

Claiming that what Israel experienced on October 7th has been forgotten, Trump stated that these attacks should be remembered and that Israel should be strong “as before” in American politics.

“Israel must finish this job (in Gaza), finish this job quickly and strongly and come back to life because it has lasted too long. They have to win and get the job done,” said the Republican politician.

On the other hand, Trump asserted that the Israeli lobby was the most influential in Washington 15 years ago, but today it is far from its former power “because of some Democratic names”.

Blaming Senate Majority Leader Democrat Chuck Schumer, who previously targeted Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu and said the election should be held in Israel, Trump said: “They (the Israel lobby) don’t have the supporters they once had. Even Schumer acts like a Palestinian.”
