US President Donald Trump has made another statement on the talks over the Gaza conflict, saying: “I think we’re close to reaching some kind of agreement.”
“We want to get the hostages back,” Trump said during a joint Oval Office press conference with Turkish leader Erdogan.
Trump said there were 20 hostages alive and “probably about 38” who had died, AP News reported.
The US leader met with several key Middle East leaders at the UN General Assembly this week. He said today that it was a “great meeting.”
