From December 28th, citizens of Bosnia and Herzegovina cannot enter Turkey without a negative PCR test like all other passengers, the country’s health ministry said.

Turkish Airlines is already inviting passengers from BiH to inform them that the PCR test must not be older than 72 hours.

“All passengers who arrive by air from December 28, or who arrive by air, land and sea from December 30, will need to show a negative PCR test not older than 72 hours. Those who do not show a negative result will not be able to board the plane upon arrival in Turkey. Those who do not show a negative test at the border crossings at the entrance to our country, will be quarantined at the address they reported. This measure will last until March 1, 2021 “, explained the Turkish Minister of Health.

He also commented on the increase in the number of cases in the UK and added that a new strain of the SARS-CoV-2 virus had appeared in both Denmark and South Africa.
