The Minister of Foreign Affairs of Serbia, Ivica Dacic, will attend the marking of the unconstitutional day of the Republika Srpska (RS) in Istocno Sarajevo on Monday, and on this occasion, the head of Bosnia and Herzegovina (BiH) diplomacy, Bisera Turkovic, reacted.

Namely, Dacic will lead the Serbian delegation, which will include several ministers and deputies, as well as the son of President Aleksandar Vucic, Danilo.

Dacic, who in the previous term held the position of Minister of Foreign Affairs of Serbia and in previous years was a guest at the ceremonial parade on the occasion of January 9th, and now Minister Bisera Turkovic reacted.

Since the reason for this visit is to mark the unconstitutional day of the RS, Turkovic used the opportunity to inform Dacic of the fact that the celebration on January 9th is against the decision of the Constitutional Court of BiH.

“Failure to implement the decision of the Constitutional Court of BiH is a criminal offense and the organizers of the unconstitutional marking could be subject to judicial proceedings. The arrival of a high delegation from the Republic of Serbia and complicity in unconstitutional activities directly harms the relations between BiH and the Republic of Serbia,” told Turkovic.

Finally, she pointed out that no one disputes the entity’s right to celebrate holidays, as long as they do not conflict with the provisions of the Constitutional Court of BiH, Klix.ba reports.
