Record: Twelve Deaths have been reported in Bosnia and Herzegovina in Only One Day

In the last 24 hours, 12 deaths have been reported in Bosnia and Herzegovina, in which the presence of a new coronavirus has been confirmed, eight in the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina and four in the Republika Srpska.

So far, 324 people have died from coronavirus in BiH, in total, more than 11,000 people were infected, while at least 5,560 people recovered. In the Federation of BiH, eight people, seven men and one woman, died in the last 24 hours as a result of COVID-19, Radio Sarajevo reports.

Three people are from Zivinice (1951, 1963 and 1965), two from Sarajevo (1967 and 1939), and one each from Lukavac (1946), Maglaj (1936) and Kalesija (1942).

In the last 24 hours in Republika Srpska, 586 samples were tested for the corona virus, and the infection was confirmed in 95 people. Four deaths were reported. The deceased are from Banja Luka, Prijedor, Prnjavor and Bijeljina. Since the last report on the epidemiological situation in RS, 586 laboratory samples have been tested at the RS Institute of Public Health, RS University Clinical Center, Bijeljina General Hospital and Foca University Hospital.
