Two Border Police Officers arrested for Accepting Gifts

Two officers of the Border Police of Bosnia and Herzegovina were arrested at the international crossing Karakaj on Saturday, it was confirmed in this police agency.

Spokeswoman Franka Vican said that two officers of the Zvornik Border Police Unit were arrested on the order of the Prosecutor’s Office of BiH for the criminal offense of accepting gifts or other forms of benefit in connection with the criminal offense of abuse of official position or authority.

The arrest operation was carried out this morning.
