“Two friendly Countries with excellent bilateral Relations”

The Chairperson of the Council of Ministers of Bosnia and Herzegovina, Borjana Krišto, spoke today in Sarajevo with the Minister of Foreign and European Affairs of the Republic of Croatia, Gordan Grlić Radman, about the improvement of bilateral cooperation, with an emphasis on the issue of European integration.

During the meeting, it was emphasized that these are two friendly countries with excellent good-neighborly and bilateral relations.

Chairperson Krišto expressed her gratitude to Minister Radman and the Government of the Republic of Croatia for their strong support for Bosnia and Herzegovina’s European path. She expressed expectations that this support will continue in the future, until the acquisition of full membership of BiH in the EU.

She emphasized that the BiH Council of Ministers remains strongly focused on the European path of Bosnia and Herzegovina, as well as on the reforms that are an integral part of that process.

Regarding reforms, she emphasized that urgent changes to the electoral legislation are necessary in accordance with the decision of the Constitutional Court of BiH on legitimate representation and the judgments of the European Court of Human Rights, and in order to protect collective and individual human rights and ensure internal stability, it is necessary for further progress towards to the EU, it was reported from the Council of Ministers of Bosnia and Herzegovina.
