Two Persons were arrested for falsely Reporting on explosive Devices

Members of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Sarajevo Canton arrested two men whose initials are E.Č. and M.B. due to the suspicion that they falsely reported several times that explosive devices had been placed in the Municipal Court in Sarajevo.

The arrested men are suspected of criminal offenses of endangering security and false reporting, it was stated in the joint statement of the Ministry of Internal Affairs and the Sarajevo Canton Prosecutor’s Office.

Personal searches and searches of residential buildings used by E.Č. and M.B. and on that occasion, items that could be linked to the commission of criminal offenses were found and temporarily confiscated, and after the criminal investigation, the Prosecutor’s Office will decide on further measures.

The arrest and searches were carried out under the supervision of the prosecutor of the Sarajevo Canton Prosecutor’s Office.
