Yesterday’s formation of the Council of Ministers and the Federation Government allows the elected officials to turn their focus rightfully to a demanding reform agenda that must be addressed immediately. Citizens of Bosnia and Herzegovina expect tangible progress in a number of areas including job creation, rule of law, struggle against corruption and progress towards membership in Euro-Atlantic institutions. Now is the time for the authorities in BiH to start addressing the serious challenges and priorities that the country faces.
The new EU approach has given Bosnia and Herzegovina an opportunity that must not be missed. We look forward to continuing to support Bosnia and Herzegovina’s European and Euro-Atlantic integration aspirations, alongside our European and other international partners.
