Milan Tegeltija, advisor to the President of Bosnia and Herzegovina’s entity of Republika Srpska, Milorad Dodik, and the deposed president of the High Judicial and Prosecutorial Council (HJPC) of BiH, unofficially did not receive a permit from Croatia, which would have allowed him to take up consular duties in that country.
We would like to remind you that the BiH Presidency appointed Tegeltija as the BiH Consul in Rijeka at the end of February. However, no affirmative answer ever came from Croatia.
