BiH Presidency member Željka Cvijanović, on the occasion of eid, sent a congratulatory message to all members of the Islamic faith in Bosnia and Herzegovina.
“On the occasion of the upcoming Eid, I send you sincere congratulations with the wish that the Eid days will be filled with well-being, satisfaction and family togetherness. May the joy of the great holiday, which symbolizes solidarity, peace and respect, be an occasion for spiritual renewal, inspiration and motivation for strengthening mutual respect, understanding and cooperation”, wrote Cvijanović in her congratulatory message.
The member of the Presidency of Bosnia and Herzegovina, Željko Komšić, sent a congratulatory message to the reis-l-ulema of the Islamic Community in Bosnia and Herzegovina, Husein ef. Kavazović and Muslims in Bosnia and Herzegovina and the world on the occasion of Eid-al Adha.
“Respected ef. Kavazović, I congratulate you and Muslims in Bosnia and Herzegovina and abroad on Eid al-Adha. Kurban Bayram symbolizes messages about the importance of sacrifice, selflessness and solidarity towards others, constantly pointing us to each other. The spirit of the holiday reminds us of those who are in need, of the importance of mutual respect, understanding and giving,” wrote Komšić.
Komšić wished that this holiday would bring lasting peace and joy to homes.
“Bajram serif mubarek olsun!” he added.
