US Congressmen Keith Self and Suhas Subramanyam met with the President of Republika Srpska, Sinisa Karan, during their visit to Bosnia and Herzegovina.
Self and Subramanyam stressed the importance of cooperation within the constitutional order of Bosnia and Herzegovina during their meeting with Karan.
“A strong and prosperous Bosnia and Herzegovina, where everyone works together on economic development and progress, is crucial to regional stability and US security interests,” the US Embassy in Bosnia and Herzegovina said in a statement.
As part of their visit to Bosnia and Herzegovina, Self and Subramanyam met this morning with the Minister of Foreign Affairs of Bosnia and Herzegovina, Elmedin Konaković, and yesterday they held meetings at the Presidency of Bosnia and Herzegovina, the Ministry of Defense, the Office of the High Representative (OHR), and NATO Headquarters in Sarajevo.
