US Embassy in B&H hosted the first regional basketball tournament of American Embassies

American Ambassador in B&H, Patrick Moon has opened the first regional basketball tournament of American Embassies from the region*. The tournament was held in Sarajevo.* * * *During the two-day tournament, ten matches were played.* Teams from Belgrade, Zagreb and Podgorica American Embassies competed together with the local two teams from the American Embassy in Sarajevo. The staff of all these American Embassies was selected for the teams. The tournament was organized in order to make stronger bonds between the staff of American Embassies in the region. ”It is our pleasure to be hosts here in Sarajevo for the first regional basketball tournament of American Embassies. This is a great opportunity to get to know your colleagues better, to make friends, show good sports spirit and also to have fun”- said Ambassador Moon.
