Lawyers for the Slovenian company “Viaduct” have submitted information about this case to the Prosecutor’s Office of BiH. It is still unknown whether a case has been opened on this issue and whether an investigation will be conducted.

As a reminder, this is a debt of the RS Government that is almost two decades old, and the amount currently amounts to around 110 million BAM.

The interest rate increases by around 9,000 euros every day.

After that, the work of BHANSA was jeopardized, their workers’ salaries were reduced by 20 percent, and there is a risk that control over BiH skies, as well as the work of all four airports, will be jeopardized.

The Minister of Transport and Communications of BiH, Edin Forto, announced today that he has a proposal for a temporary solution for BHANSA, but it needs to be confirmed by the Council of Ministers of BiH.

As a reminder, the Municipal Court in Mostar has initiated the process of forced collection of funds, and a decision was issued to seize the assets of the Central Bank of BiH, and the appeal procedure is underway.
