What is the Average Salary in Republika Srpska?

The average monthly net salary in the Republika Srpska paid in June 2023 was 1,284 BAM and compared to May 2023, it was nominally higher by 0.3% and in real terms by 0.2%, while compared to the same month of the previous year nominally higher by 11.0%, and in real terms by 4.5%. The average monthly gross salary was 1,953 BAM.

Observed by area, in June 2023 the highest average net salary was paid in the area of Information and Communication and amounted to 1,683 BAM, and the lowest average net salary in June 2023 was paid in the area of Construction, 950 BAM.

In June 2023, compared to June 2022, all areas recorded a nominal increase in net wages, of which the highest in the areas of Art, entertainment and recreation 23.6%, Activities of providing accommodation, food preparation and serving, hotel and catering 16, 5% and Agriculture, forestry and fishing 14.3%.
