A total of 69,000 voters registered to vote from abroad (post office and DKP). Of that, 25,309 bh. citizens from the territory of Republika Srpska (RS). To compare, this is 500 voters less than the number of those who only voted by mail in the 2018 General Elections (RS). If we look by country, 5,760 voters from Croatia, for both entities, registered for the upcoming elections. That is about 18 thousand less than was reported in 2018. Likewise, 2,993 voters are now registered from Serbia, which is almost 12,000 less than in 2018. The biggest increase was recorded from Germany, where about 22 thousand voters registered. On the other hand, 3,200 voters for both entities were registered from the United States (U.S.). However, it should be kept in mind that citizens of Bosnia and Herzegovina (BiH) who live in Serbia and Croatia can come to BiH to vote in an organized manner on election day.

Electoral unit – Banja Luka
This constituency includes 21 municipalities or urban areas. A total of 11,373 voters were registered from this constituency who expressed their intention to vote by mail or at the DKP. Here is how it looks by cities and municipalities: Banja Luka – 2273, Krupa na Una – 2, Novi Grad – 784, Kozarska Dubica – 404, Prijedor – 3783, Gradiska 1324, Laktasi – 68, Srbac – 65, Prnjavor – 383, Petrovac – 0, Ostra Luka – 6, Celinac -168, Istocni Drvar – 0, Ribnik – 32, Mrkonjic Grad -197, Jezero -491, Knezevo -18, Kotor Varos -1143, Sipovo – 48, Kupres – 0, Kostajnica – 18. As can be seen, the most voters registered from Prijedor, Banja Luka and Kotor Varos, which can lead to the conclusion that the majority of registered voters are from the area of this constituency – Bosniaks.
Electoral unit 2 – Doboj
A total of 7,720 voters who want to vote by mail or DKP registered from this constituency. This constituency includes 15 municipalities and urban areas. Here is the number of registered voters. Derventa – 913, Brod-506, Vukosavlje -170, Samac -505, Donji Zabar – 1, Modrica -864, Pelagicevo -379, Brcko District -152, Bijeljina -1393, Doboj -1152, Stanari -24, Petrovo -22, Lopare -662, Ugljevik -115, Teslic -862. From the area of these municipalities and cities, 10,800 voters voted for the 2018 General Election by post and DKP.
Electoral unit 3 – Srebrenica
Constituency 3 now has 6216 entries, which is around 1000 less than in the 2018 General Election. Even with a significant increase in Bosniak votes from the diaspora, pro-Bosnian parties in this constituency can cast up to 16-17 thousand votes in total.
Indeed, an increase in the number of registered voters in Banja Luka and Prijedor could bring a mandate or two more in the RS National Assembly. However, there will be no drastic changes here either, despite the statements of Bosniak leaders that they succeeded in animating the diaspora.
