Who wants to shut down the Sector Police that is successfully working on ”Sky” Cases?

The members of the Directorate for Organized and Serious Crime of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republika Srpska (RS) have carried out numerous operational actions in the last two years while working on the ”Sky” cases. However, information has now appeared that ”someone” is working to shut down that sector.

In the previous period, the officers of this part of the entity police, together with the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Canton Sarajevo (CS), carried out numerous actions that required painstaking work and were faced with numerous pressures and other problems that they did not talk about in public.

The loudest actions were related to the Sky application, that is, the decryption of the so-called crypt, which led to the arrests of numerous ”big fish” who are charged with organized crime throughout Bosnia and Herzegovina (BiH).

As it became known, such actions are not to the liking of all high-ranking politicians in the RS entity, which is why certain moves have been initiated to ”calm down” this part of the RS police, i.e. to lead to its shutdown. It is not yet known how this will be done, and one of the options is an internal reorganization.

If this really happens, it would be a clear sign of the link between politics and organized crime, and this move was made because honest investigators and police officers could expose crime on a huge scale, which is behind political parties and individuals holding high positions in society.

It should be pointed out that the Directorate for Organized and Serious Crime of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the RS arrested its members on several occasions because of their ties to the criminal milieu.

During the work on the Sky cases, this part of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the RS together with the Ministry of Internal Affairs of CS achieved a high degree of cooperation with international police agencies such as Europol, FBI, DEA, Interpol, Scotland Yard, as well as police forces in Germany, Austria, and other European countries.

Work on organized crime cases included elucidation of crimes such as drug trafficking, money laundering, high-level corruption reaching political parties, etc.

What is also interesting is how the former Minister of Internal Affairs of the RS Dragan Lukac ”disappeared” after the last elections.

Lukac (SNSD) was one of those who announced a major crackdown on the underground, but also on those people in the police structures who had close ties to criminals, and after information about the names that used the Sky application began to be collected, Sinisa Karan, Dodik’s trusted man, arrived in his place.
