A total of seven candidates applied for the position of Chief Prosecutor of the Prosecutor’s Office of Bosnia and Herzegovina, and the candidates – Milanko Kajganić, Dijana Kajmaković, Miroslav Janjić and Seid Marušić – will be invited to the interview, is confirmed for Fena from the High Judicial and Prosecutorial Council of Bosnia and Herzegovina (HJSCBiH ).

From this regulatory body, they state that after entering and verifying the candidates’ applications, it was determined that all seven candidates meet the basic and special conditions stipulated by the Law on the HJPC of BiH and other regulations for appointment.

“However, due to irregularities, the applications of two candidates were rejected, while one of the candidates did not take the qualification test prescribed by the Rulebook on the Qualification and Written Testing of Candidates for the Positions of Judicial Officers in Bosnia and Herzegovina,” explained the HJPC.

As they further state, if the interviews with the candidates are carried out on time, there is a possibility that the appointment of the chief prosecutor of the Prosecutor’s Office of Bosnia and Herzegovina will be included in the agenda of the second September session, planned for September 28 and 29.
