During December 2016 preparatory works on the removal of facilities at the locality of the newly designed residential-business facility Veneto Otoka began.

The facility is situated at an attractive location on the corner of the Bulevar Meše Selimovića Street on the southern side and Srđana Aleksića Street on the western side. The facility is planned in the amendments to the Regulatory Plan “Alipašin Most VII”.

The facility has two levels of garage space. Business offices will be built in the ground floor and the gallery, and apartments from 50 to 117 square meters of surface area will be built on floors from one to ten. Penthouse – loft apartments with big green terraces and attractive panoramic view of the entire city will be built on the eleventh and twelfth floor.

The facility was designed by the design house Kvadrat ltd for the needs of the investor Aluveneto Ltd Sarajevo (under control and 100 percent owned by Unioninvest JSC Sarajevo).
