The Indirect Taxation Authority (ITA) of BiH will announce a tender for the selection of the best bidder who will conduct the process of destroying motor vehicles that have been seized in accordance with a final court decision, and which were seized in the administration procedure on the costumes or they are vehicles that their owners gave up to state and which do not meet the conditions for placement on the market for free circulation and they are currently at the disposal of ITA, as confirmed from this institution.

There are about 2,300 vehicles for which the Council of Ministers of BiH made a decision to be handled by the ITA BiH, in accordance with all regulations.

Destruction of the aforementioned vehicle will be conducted in a way that certain parts will be sold in old iron and the other parts will be destroyed in a way prescribed by the law (e.g. accumulators have to be destroyed according to the legislation that refers to environmental protection etc.)

From the ITA was noted that vehicles that fulfil conditions for free circulation will be sold in accordance with the Decision on the Sale of Customs Goods. There are only few of those cars and they are being sold. However, the largest number of vehicles cannot be sold because they do not fulfil the conditions for free circulation in accordance with regulations tin this area, and there is 2,300 of those vehicles at the moment.
