What will the largest Shopping Center in BiH look like?

delta-planetThe company Delta Real Estate yesterday started with construction works on the future shopping center “Delta Planet” in Banja Luka.

The president of the RS, Milorad Dodik, set the foundation stone. This center will occupy a total of 62,500 square meters, and it will be the largest shopping center in BiH. The value of this investment is estimated at 70 million EUR. The opening of this shopping center is planned for the fall of 2018.

“We are looking forward to give the oportunity to citizens of Banja Luka and the whole region to buy, have fun and enjoy in our center,” said Dejan Jeremic, Senior Vice President of operational affairs of Delta Holding.

Due to the size of this place and the way of construction, whichnis in accordance with the highest world standards, this center will also bring famous world brands in Banja Luka. Besides the shopping space, a movie theater on 1,500-square-meter will be located in the center as well, and it will include five halls and the most contemporary technology. This shopping center will also include 1,000 parking places, a supermarket and a part with restaurants.

Mayor Igor Radojicic said that Banja Luka will get the outlines of commerce, catering and tourist center with the construction of this center, which will be visited by people from all over the region.

“The opening of such a huge number of new workplaces is very important and with a couple of investments like this, we will solve our problem of large number of unemployed people,” said Mayor Radojicic.

More than 500 people will be working on the construction site of Delta Planet, and the opening of this shopping center will secure 2,500 new workplaces in the RS.
