Winery “Carski Vinogradi” on the Asian Market

The Mostar winery “Carski Vinogradi” represented its wines in the Asian market, specifically in Chine and Mongolia.

At the promotional events in Peking, Harbin, Tianmeiur, Fuchang and Ulaanbaatar there were a large number of sommeliers, wine lovers, wine makers, restaurateurs, retailers and local officials. Premium wines Žilavka and Bliatina and similar beverages proved to be products that are highly desirable in the market.

The Chinese and Mongolians were especially fascinated with not only the quality of the wine, but with the rich history of the winery “Carski Vinogradi”, which was established in 1886.

“We are more than pleased with the reaction to our wines and the arrangements that we have made. Even though this came as a surprise for us, in this part of Asia the wine culture is very developed and people here know how to recognize and value quality wine.

When it comes to a civilization whose traditions and cultural identity are in first place, they were very impressed when they heard the story of the first plantings of wine in the Mostar winery that brought us to where we are today’’, said the owner of the winery Dženan Pekušić.

All the presentations ended with the signing of an agreement, so wines from the “Carski Vinogradi” winery will be available on the Chinese and Mongolian market at the end of April.
