Wizz Air is suspending all flights from and to Tuzla due to measures by authorities of Bosnia and Herzegovina’s measures and the spread of the coronavirus infection. According to the airline, the decision will apply from March 17th to April 3rd this year.
“Passengers with reservations affected by these flight cancellations will be notified automatically by e-mail, in case they booked the flight directly to wizzair.com or through the airline’s mobile application. 120 percent of the original price they paid will automatically be transferred to WIZZ customer accounts, and will be able to use that amount in the next 24 months to purchase Wizz Air products and services. Travelers can also opt for a cash refund, which will take longer, and all the necessary steps for a bank transfer or transfer of money to a bank card will be informed in a separate e-mail. In this case, buyers will only be able to get 100 percent of the original price. Passengers who have booked flights through travel agencies, including online travel agencies, should contact the companies from which they purchased the tickets,” Wizz Air said in a statement.
