In the organization of the Football Association of BiH last night were given awards for the best male and female players in the previous season.
The nominees for best player in the Premier League were Zajko Zeba (Sloboda), Zvonimir Kozulj (Siroki) and Haris Duljevic (Sarajevo), and the award went to the midfielder of Tuzla.
“This award means a lot to me. Thank you to everyone, especially my teammates, the coaching staff and FC Sloboda. It is a great honor and I hope that this kind of manifestations will continue in the future,” said Zeba.
Coach of the season in the Premier League of BiH is strategist of Zrinjski Vinko Marinovic, and Slavko Petrovic, the coach of Radnik, has been awarded as well.
The best goalkeeper in the previous season of the Premier League is Goran Karacic from Zrinjski. The best scorer of the Premier League is Leon Benko from FC Sarajevo.
For the best female goalkeeper was elected Almina Hodzic from SFK 2000 Sarajevo, and for the best player was elected her teammate Armisa Kuc.
Awards for the Futsal league of BiH went to the Bahrudin Omerbegovic from MNK Center (goalkeeper) and Srdjan Ivankovic from MNK Mostar (player).
Winner of the award for fair play is the referee Darko Obradovic, who saved the life of a young player with timely reaction during the match of Junior Zrinjski and Olimpic.
