The “ViennaLink Business Event – Promote & Connect” event brought together representatives of the economy, institutions and diaspora in Vienna with the aim of connecting companies, opening new markets and strengthening concrete cooperation between Bosnia and Herzegovina and Austria.
The event brought together some of the key players in economic development last week, further confirming the strong and growing economic relations between the two countries.
Special attention at the event was dedicated to the International General BiH Trade Fair ZEPS, which was presented as one of the key business platforms in Bosnia and Herzegovina and the region, but also as the economic event of the year.
It was emphasized that ViennaLink, led by Hurem Avdić, is the official partner of the ZEPS fair and its representative for the Austrian market, which further strengthens the institutional and business presence of ZEPS in this important European market.
On this occasion, it was emphasized that ZEPS 2026 will be held from September 2 to 5 in Zenica, under the slogan “Business First”, and that the fair is already recording increased interest from companies from Austria and other countries in Europe, Africa and the Middle East, which recognize ZEPS as a relevant platform for entering the market of Bosnia and Herzegovina and the region.
ZEPS is presented as a business platform that not only brings together exhibitors, but also actively connects the economy, institutions and investors, with the aim of creating concrete business results and long-term partnerships.
During the event itself, special emphasis was placed on the role of the diaspora, which represents a strong bridge between Bosnia and Herzegovina and European markets, and plays a key role in initiating investments and business cooperation.
The role of ZEPS at this event further confirms the strategic direction of the fair’s development, which is increasingly positioned as a central platform for business networking in the region.
The event brought together more than 200 guests from the political, business, diplomatic and cultural life of Austria and Bosnia and Herzegovina.
The organizers emphasized that such meetings represent an important step towards strengthening economic ties and creating new opportunities for companies from Bosnia and Herzegovina on the European Union market, ZEPS announced.
