The legendary Swedish striker Zlatan Ibrahimović has decided to end his professional football career, although there was no major announcement beforehand.
After Milan’s match against Verona in the last round of Serie A in front of a full San Siro, Ibrahimović announced the news.
Swedish received huge applause from the stands and his emotions overcame him and he cried.
“The moment has come to say goodbye to football, not to you. I’m not breathing, but it’s good. So many emotions in this stadium. When I first arrived in Milan, you made me happy. When I came the second time, you gave me love.” , Zlatan told Rossoneri fans in an emotional address.
After his speech, Ibrahimovic walked around the San Siro stadium.

He played for Milan on two occasions for five and a half years, played 169 games with 93 goals and won two Scudettos and the Italian Super Cup.
